Prepare and issue customer invoices

Record supplier invoices and verify receipts

3. Bank & Account Reconciliation

Reconcile petty cash, M-Pesa statements, and company accounts

Report any discrepancies to the Finance Manager
4. Financial Reporting Assistance

Help prepare financial statements

Compile data for monthly reports

Assist in preparing budgets and expenditure forecasts
5. Compliance & Documentation

📌 Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must have:

KCSE Certificate (C plain and above)

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
