Minimum KCSE certificate

Certificate in Hospitality Management (an added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in a busy hospitality or bar environment

Hands-on knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems

Strong customer service abilities

Fluent communication in English and Swahili

Good grooming and personal hygiene

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Sound product knowledge and menu familiarity
