Your Role Will Include:

Coordinating with department heads to assess and schedule transport needs.

Planning and allocating vehicles for safaris and transfers.

Managing the use, maintenance, and repair of company vehicles.

Tracking mileage, fuel, and driver allowances.

Following up on vehicle servicing, garage reports, and safari vehicle log sheets.

Keeping accurate transport data in the company system.

Briefing safari drivers before client trips and monitoring safari programs.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

At least 2 years’ experience in a transport or logistics role, preferably in tourism.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Travel, or a related field.

Strong computer and IT knowledge.
