What You’ll Do

Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and other support channels.

Troubleshoot a variety of issues, from basic inquiries to complex cases like debugging APIs and resolving platform issues on systems like Stripe and Shopify.

Log, manage, and follow up on support tickets with precision and professionalism.

Gain a strong understanding of clients’ businesses (including e-commerce and shipping platforms) to resolve problems effectively.

Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-level technical issues.
What You’ll Need

Experience in troubleshooting complex systems.

Familiarity with Postman for API testing is a big plus.

Ability to read log files and use basic scripting to resolve issues.

Knowledge of SQL will give you an edge.
