Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new sales representatives to meet branch targets.

• Train the team to boost product knowledge and sharpen selling skills.

• Supervise day-to-day sales activities, ensuring alignment with set goals.

• Motivate, coach, and mentor the team through field visits and activations.

• Identify new market opportunities and execute strategies for conversions.

• Manage staff retention through structured training and support.

• Monitor sales action plans and provide guidance on execution.

• Support marketing efforts while integrating with branch strategies.

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma or higher qualification.
