Overview of the Role
The System Developer will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications that support CEKL’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:

Gather, analyze, and document system requirements from various departments.

Deploy, maintain, and administer IT systems while ensuring backups, user access management, and system uptime.

Write clean, reusable, and testable code, including the creation of automated test cases.

Perform technical design and development to support effective implementation of business applications.

Work closely with IT support teams to resolve escalated issues.

Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring technical problems.

Build and deploy custom solutions, features, and system integrations for platforms like Microsoft Dynamics NAV, CRM, SharePoint, websites, and other internal applications.

Provide continuous technical support for core systems.

Develop and enhance digital applications within the company.

Train end users and support them in navigating NAV and CRM systems.

Utilize experience with mobile apps, APIs, and relational databases to develop and integrate system functionalities.

Identify improvement opportunities through customer feedback channels like surveys and focus groups.
What You Need to Qualify
The ideal candidate should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

At least 3 years of professional experience in system development or IT system administration

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NAV, and related environments

Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and C#

A solid grasp of APIs, systems integration, and relational database management

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
