Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll be responsible for:

Performing a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.

Conducting client consultations to understand individual wellness goals.

Offering expert skincare and relaxation advice tailored to client needs.

Ensuring spa hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

Managing bookings efficiently and collaborating with colleagues for smooth operations.

Staying up to date with spa trends and integrating new techniques.

Recommending spa products and services to guests for ongoing care.
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort setting.

Certification in spa or massage therapy.

Strong knowledge of facial, body, and Ayurvedic treatments.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A calm, professional demeanor with genuine care for guest well-being.

Familiarity with spa software (Book4Time is a plus).

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
