The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) is a leading government think tank based in Nairobi. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, successful candidates may be required to:

  • Assist in designing and implementing research projects.

  • Conduct field surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret socio-economic and policy-related data.

  • Prepare research summaries, briefs, and reports.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to KIPPRA teams.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

The minimum requirements vary depending on the position:

  • General Requirements:

    • Minimum of KCSE certificate.

    • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields (Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, or related areas) is an added advantage.

    • Strong analytical and writing skills.

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet research).

  • For Research Assistant Positions:

    • At least a Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.

    • Prior research experience (academic or professional) is an added advantage.

  • For Support/Casual Staff Positions:

    • KCSE minimum qualification.

    • Experience in administrative or logistical support roles will be considered.
