💼 Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage FX and interest rate trading activities, ensuring profitability and adherence to risk limits.

Provide market insights to internal and external stakeholders, helping shape NCBA’s trading and pricing strategies.

Monitor currency movements, interest rate trends, and global market developments to make informed trading decisions.

Collaborate closely with sales and treasury teams to develop customer-focused solutions.

Maintain strong compliance with regulatory and internal trading policies.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in trading, treasury, or financial markets.

Deep understanding of FX products, money markets, and derivatives.

Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, and MS Excel.

Strong risk management and decision-making skills.
