Role Overview:
As a Senior Relationship Manager in SME Banking, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while providing tailored financial solutions. You will manage operational risk, comply with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing, and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise clients.

Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and other colleagues to ensure optimal portfolio performance.

Provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies for client creditworthiness.

Support cross-border international business clients and deliver innovative financial solutions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of trade, cash, lending, FX products, and market trends.

Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience serving Business, Commercial, and Corporate clients.

Experience in managing cross-border international businesses.

Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, and accounting principles.

Knowledge of SME Banking regulations, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.

Fluent in Chinese language.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of identifying new business opportunities.
