About the Role
The Consultant will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing a Senior Leadership Meeting focused on advancing Demographic Transition initiatives. This position involves ensuring seamless logistics, documentation, and follow-up while fostering cross-sectoral dialogue and policy alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Oversee all planning, logistics, and administrative preparations for the high-level meeting.
 - 
Coordinate with the planning committee to develop a strategic agenda that reflects meeting objectives.
 - 
Manage invitations, confirmations, and venue selection.
 - 
Ensure essential meeting services such as translation, technical support, and documentation are in place.
 - 
Capture and document decisions, outcomes, and assigned responsibilities post-meeting.
 - 
Develop comprehensive reports, including a Demographic Transition Communique and an implementation tracker to support accountability.
 
Qualifications and Experience
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
 - 
Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing high-level technical or policy meetings.
 - 
Proven success in coordinating multisectoral events with government and private sector stakeholders.
 - 
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
 - 
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently under pressure.
