About the Role
In this role, you’ll be at the center of digital delivery excellence. You will design and implement strategies that improve IT service reliability, enhance user experience, and ensure business continuity through real-time observability.
As the Senior Manager, you’ll:

Lead ITSM practices automation and digital delivery strategies.

Build and optimize monitoring and observability frameworks.

Oversee ITSM tool integration (ServiceNow, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ELK).

Collaborate with IT operations, security, and DevOps teams to align initiatives with enterprise goals.

Mentor and develop a team of ITSM and observability experts.

Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
