Madison Group Limited is on the lookout for a skilled SAP FICO Analyst to join its ICT team in Nairobi. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP Finance and Controlling who is eager to play a critical role in optimizing financial systems for business growth.
As an SAP FICO Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of the SAP FICO module while supporting business processes across finance and controlling. Reporting to the ICT Manager, you’ll also collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, enhance performance, and align systems with global accounting standards.
Your Role Will Include:

Configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA).

Translating business requirements into SAP functional specifications.

Supporting integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.

Conducting system testing, UAT, and training for users.

Supporting financial reporting and compliance with IFRS 17.

Coordinating with developers for system enhancements and upgrades.

Ensuring documentation, audit compliance, and process optimization.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Analyst/Consultant.

Strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP systems.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud (advantage).

Experience in BFSI sector is an added bonus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
