Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at our Nairobi location. The Salesperson at Adidas will be responsible for engaging customers, providing product information, and assisting with purchases. Additional tasks include maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, handling cash transactions, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also be expected to stay updated on Adidas products and promotions.

• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Product Knowledge and Merchandising skills
• Cash Handling and Transaction Processing skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
