Job Purpose

To recruit, present, promote, sell products and services to existing and prospective members of the SACCO.

Reporting to: Marketing Officer

Duties and responsibilities

• Recruit new members from existing organizations in the SACCO.
• Recruit new organizations into the SACCO.
• Conduct know-your-customer (KYC) on new members and organizations to be recruited.
• Ensure recruited member accounts are active.
• Participate in various regional outreach events such as sales and marketing activations, member education, amongst others.
• Establish and maintain good member relationships.
• Promote SACCO products and services.
• Assist in implementation of sales, marketing and business growth strategies.
• Preparation and submission of daily sales and marketing reports.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
