This role is central to ensuring every client gets accurate safari pricing while supporting the sales team to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.
What You’ll Do

Double-check proposals created by the sales team.

Ensure supplier rates (lodges, park fees, jeep prices, flights, and extras) are reflected accurately.

Serve as the go-to person for sales teams needing up-to-date information.

Create, update, and adjust itineraries with discounts, surcharges, or supplements where needed.

Keep tabs on unpaid bookings and update room configurations in the system.
What You’ll Need

2+ years’ experience in quotations/accounting in tourism or hospitality.

Diploma or degree in Tours & Travel Management.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with accuracy in data handling.

Great communication skills and knowledge of bookkeeping or payment collection.
