Poor Mode of Interviews
For God’s Sake, Why would a company give candidates an exam paper with mathematics almost 30 questions to calculate and that serves as an interview?
Like are you testing for memory?
Who even remember Calculus ama Integers, Ama angles ðŸ¤ðŸ¤ðŸ˜€. Ati Square root of 750. Like seriously?
This mode of interview doesn’t make sense at all. Are you seeking to employ students?
I think class work based interviews should be stopped, We should focus on experience based interviews.
Personally I graduated 3 years back, Someone else 10 years back. Do you expect them to know finer details of the textbook?
