As a People Operations Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with company leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with SunCulture’s growth goals. From managing the full employee life cycle to promoting a high-performance culture, this role is about more than HR—it’s about building a workplace where people can do their best work.
What You’ll Do:

Lead workforce planning, succession management, and HR strategy.

Drive a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability across the organization.

Manage performance review frameworks to develop and retain top talent.

Oversee competitive pay structures, benefits, and payroll compliance.

Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Streamline HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and leave administration.

Leverage HRIS and data analytics for smarter decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

5–7 years of HR experience (with at least 3 in management).

Strong knowledge in multiple HR domains (e.g., performance management, compensation, employee relations).

Membership with IHRM (Kenya).

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency with HR systems, payroll, and compliance.
