Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pension contribution reconciliation projects to ensure accuracy.

Receipt and post member contributions for pension SME schemes.

Process refunds for unexpected remittances.

Manage suspense accounts for pension SME schemes and liaise with suspense resolution owners.

Maintain accurate records of contributing members and their policy status (Active, Deferred, Dormant, Withdrawn).

Respond to CRM requests efficiently.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the business unit plan.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Proficiency in Excel reporting and data analytics.

Knowledge of Python and Power BI is an added advantage.
