The Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that the heart of Glovo’s business — the couriers — run efficiently and effectively.
Your Mission
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting Glovo Couriers as they handle daily delivery operations. You’ll ensure smooth workflows, optimize performance, and help the team achieve service excellence.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Recruiting, onboarding, and training couriers.

Monitoring and improving courier performance and satisfaction.

Analyzing operational data to boost efficiency.

Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality service delivery.

Managing courier equipment and stock control.

Supporting administrative and reporting functions for the operations team.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and Excel proficiency. You should be motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is required.
