Salary Range: KES 71,500 – 140,500 p.m.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate office functions and ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage correspondences, schedules, and records.

Supervise junior administrative staff.

Draft reports, memos, and official letters.

Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management is an advantage.

At least 3 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
