Office Administrator – KMA Jobs (September 2025)

The Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) seeks qualified candidates for the position of Office Administrator. This role involves providing high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure efficiency in office operations.

Salary Range: KES 71,500 – 140,500 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office functions and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage correspondences, schedules, and records.

  • Supervise junior administrative staff.

  • Draft reports, memos, and official letters.

  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management is an advantage.

  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
