Are you an expert in Microsoft Exchange and cloud migration technologies? INUA AI, a forward-thinking technology firm in Nairobi, is seeking a Microsoft Engineer (Hybrid Migration & Compliance) to lead a large-scale migration from on-premises Exchange Server 2019 to Microsoft 365 GCC (G3).

What You’ll Do
As the lead Microsoft Engineer, you’ll:

Develop and execute a migration roadmap for approximately 400 mailboxes (~16 TB).

Ensure full compliance with CJIS, PCI, and HIPAA standards.

Design and implement hybrid configurations, Entra Connect, and Microsoft 365 security policies.

Troubleshoot hybrid coexistence, security, and mail flow challenges.

Integrate governance and compliance features like DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
You’ll also conduct workshops, train administrators, and oversee the transition from legacy Exchange to a modern Microsoft 365 environment.
What You’ll Bring
To qualify, you should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.

8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Exchange and M365 experience.

Proven success in large-scale migrations (over 10TB).

Expertise in Entra Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CJIS, HIPAA, PCI, and GCC.
