Role Overview

The Manager, Business & Strategy Execution will support the PPB Business Head by coordinating key programmes, initiatives, and strategic priorities. This role is central to aligning business operations with long-term objectives and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Implementation

  • Assist the Business Head in executing strategic programmes and initiatives.

  • Monitor progress on delivery gaps and help drive corrective actions where needed.

2. Governance & Compliance

  • Establish and maintain governance structures to ensure operational consistency.

  • Support adherence to internal and industry standards across the team.

3. Business Performance Monitoring

  • Track and evaluate financial performance metrics.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.

4. Project & Programme Management

  • Oversee a wide range of business projects—from planning to completion.

  • Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.


Qualifications & Experience

Qualification Requirements

  • A First Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience Needed

  • 8–10 years of experience in business support or strategy execution.

  • Proven ability to manage diverse projects and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially within complex financial services environments.

  • Demonstrated capacity to influence across multiple disciplines to drive shared objectives.
