The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is seeking a results-driven professional to fill the position of Manager – Business Projects Portfolio. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that KRA’s business and technology projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the organization’s strategic goals.
As the Manager – Business Projects Portfolio, you’ll oversee a range of technology and business initiatives, ensuring that all projects within the portfolio are aligned, well-governed, and successfully delivered. You’ll also lead cross-departmental collaboration, vendor coordination, and strategic decision-making to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple technology and business projects for effective delivery.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks to guide project execution.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet organizational goals.

Plan, budget, and oversee project implementation phases.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, applicants must possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Computing, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.

A Master’s degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.

Professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
