M-KOPA Solar is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager, People Systems & Analytics to join its team in Nairobi. This role isn’t just about managing HR systems—it’s about reimagining how people technology can transform the employee experience.
As the strategic architect of M-KOPA’s People & Workplace Experience (PWX) ecosystem, you will lead HRIS ownership, data governance, integrations, and automation. Your work will directly impact how the company attracts, engages, and retains top talent.
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee HRIS platforms including HiBob, Culture Amp, Freshservice, Progression, Notion, and DocuSign.

Lead design and continuous improvement of people systems to align with business needs.

Collaborate with senior leaders, IT, Finance, and Legal to drive compliance and scalability.

Manage vendors, contracts, and technology roadmaps.

Transform HR data into actionable insights that support smarter business decisions.
What You’ll Need

8+ years of experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, BambooHR, etc.).

Strong expertise in HR data architecture, reporting, and integrations.

Proven success in system implementation and automation.
