The Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) is seeking a Licensing and Seaborne Trade Officer to oversee licensing, permits, and compliance in maritime trade.
Salary Range: KES 71,500 – 140,500 p.m.
Key Responsibilities

Process applications for shipping and seaborne trade licenses.

Monitor compliance with maritime trade laws.

Maintain licensing records and databases.

Liaise with stakeholders in shipping and trade sectors.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.

3+ years of relevant experience in trade regulation or maritime sector.

Strong knowledge of Kenya Shipping Act and international maritime laws.
