Key Responsibilities
As the Learning and Adaptation Specialist, you will:

Facilitate learning and reflective practices across initiatives and countries.

Strengthen staff and partner capacity through training, workshops, and mentorship.

Develop tools, processes, and knowledge products that promote data-driven decision-making.

Lead global learning initiatives like Pause and Reflect sessions, Global Learning Forums, and peer exchanges.

Translate technical findings into compelling stories and visual content.

Integrate learning outcomes into fundraising and strategic decision-making processes.

Represent CBM in global meetings, conferences, and partner engagements.

Travel to regional offices to support collaboration and capacity exchange.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A Master’s degree in Communications, Organizational Learning, International Development, or a related field.

Proven experience in knowledge management, data-driven learning, or strategic communications.

Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, with experience managing hybrid learning events.

Proficiency in English (French is an added advantage).

Familiarity with digital learning tools, visualization platforms, or AI-driven systems.
