Your Role in the Energy Transition
The Lead Services Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance, data analytics, and process efficiency for GE Vernova’s power services business. This includes:

Building impactful dashboards with Tableau for sales performance insights.

Ensuring pipeline management best practices across sales teams.

Driving sales process improvements and aligning cross-functional teams.

Optimizing the use of Salesforce CRM for efficiency.

Partnering with leadership to shape growth strategies and support strategic sales campaigns.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Engineering.

At least 7 years’ experience in technical sales or sales operations.

Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in sales process optimization.
