As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll be part of a dynamic HR environment where you’ll learn the ins and outs of recruitment and talent management. Your main responsibility will be to connect great people with great opportunities.
You’ll source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to make the recruitment process smooth and effective. You’ll also help maintain Solvo Global’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure every candidate has a positive experience.
In addition, you’ll represent Solvo Global at job fairs and career events, giving you hands-on exposure to the recruitment process and a chance to build valuable industry connections.
