Jubilee Insurance, one of East Africa’s most respected financial institutions, is expanding its partnerships and innovation team. The company is currently seeking an Emerging Consumer & Partnership Analyst to join its Nairobi office. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of insurance, technology, and customer experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head, the analyst will play a key role in shaping Jubilee’s partnership and emerging consumer strategies. The successful candidate will support initiatives that expand customer reach, enhance product development, and leverage innovation to meet the needs of underserved markets.
You’ll be involved in identifying and managing key partnerships — including banks, fintechs, and mobile network operators — and translating them into tangible growth and measurable customer impact.
Main Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong partnership pipeline across strategic and distribution partners.

Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Compliance to streamline onboarding processes.

Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.

Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.

Support proposal writing and donor engagement for innovation or inclusion-focused initiatives.

Contribute to customer journey mapping and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Actuarial Science.

2–4 years of experience in partnerships, innovation, or business development.

Familiarity with insurance, fintech, or development programs.

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
