Key responsibilities

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist in negotiating sales deals.
Provide feedback from the field to support product improvement and market strategy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company professionally in all client-facing activities and events.
Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What you bring

Experience: At least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles- experience in construction, hardware, or industrial products is a plus.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a construction-related field.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client engagement and relationship-building.
Self-Motivation: Results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Tech Know-How: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic digital communication tools.
Field-Readiness: Willingness to travel, conduct site visits, and spend time engaging with clients on location.
