What you will do:
- Provide a successful organization of work tasks

- Organize and co-ordinate assignments of daily field assignments.
- Update of both internal and external field cases in the ERP system.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled field reports.
- Support of customers who visit the office on repossessed units in the yard and negotiating for payments.
- Submit and reconcile field expense reports
- Provide information to customers by answering questions and requests
- Generation of field letters in the system.
- Resolve daily administrative problems.
- Uploading photos of ads on websites – Jiji, car portal & Facebook
- Conduct external valuations
- Updating discounts on Jiji & car portal
- Create DCAC invoice
- Running of Auction & Announcing auction winners
- Any other duties assigned.
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Swahili
Sales Support Officer (Device Financing)

What you will do:
- Manage a team of sales support officers to provide timely and effective assistance to the sales team
- Â Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, agents and promoters via registration and account creation in the Mogo systems (ERP & Partner Portal)
- Â Â Act as first line support for the dealers, agents and promoters to triage issues and escalate as required
- Ensure accurate documentation and validation of dealer, agent & promoter data
- Standardize and document operational procedures for sales support functions.
- Â Provide daily/weekly report on sales support team performance
- Train and onboard new sales support staff and field agents on company tools, processes, and service expectations
- Execute all other tasks assigned by line manager efficiently
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
-  3+ years’ experience in sales support, field operations, or customer onboarding – preferably in a telecom, fintech, or device financing company
- Â Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Â Experience with Mogo ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Â Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
