Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA-K or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Packhouse – 6 Positions

Packhouse QC Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Agronomy, Horticulture or any other related field.
- Minimum 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A strong understanding of quality control standards, food safety protocols (like GMP and HACCP), and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

Packhouse Supervisor Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in food technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a packhouse supervision, preferably in export business.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
- Proven experience supervising diverse operational teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools.
