ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Junior Product Owner & Ticket Prioritization Analyst to support our product and IT teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their product or business analysis career who is passionate about improving systems, coordinating ticket workflows, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT features and fixes. You’ll test newly released features, support local teams by turning smaller requests into actionable tickets, and help organize priorities in our Jira system.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Release Testing & Validation.

• Test newly released IT features and fixes before and after deployment.
• Document bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues and follow up with the tech team to resolve them.
• Ensure tickets meet the acceptance criteria before closure.

Ticket Intake & Requirement Definition

• Serve as the first point of contact for smaller Jira requests from local teams.
