Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Mombasa. The Insurance Sales Agent at ICEA LION Group will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing customer service, managing insurance brokerage activities, and driving sales growth for the company.

• Certificate of proficiency in insurance
• IRA license
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales performance
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
