Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant Intern at Signature Healthcare Ltd to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support scheduling of interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Help with onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation, and welcome kits.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Work jointly with each field personnel and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in performance management strategies
- Draft and format HR documents such as policies,contracts, letters, and memos.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals
