Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer at Tenakata Enterprises Limited will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and training and development. The role aims to support the organization’s goals by ensuring effective HR practices and promoting a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and manage employee disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll Management
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
- 3 years of experience in human resources or related administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- IHRM membership is a must-have
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) added advantage
- Proficiency in HR software
