In this exciting position, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process — from drafting job ads and shortlisting candidates to onboarding new hires. You’ll also play a critical role in employee development, identifying training needs, coordinating learning programs, and ensuring compliance with Kenyan labor laws.
As part of the HR department, you’ll collaborate closely with departmental heads to keep job descriptions up-to-date and align talent needs with business goals. You’ll be responsible for tracking staff attendance, maintaining employee databases, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

CHRP certification is an advantage.

2–3 years of HR experience with strong recruitment and training skills.

Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labor laws.

Proficiency in HRMIS and Microsoft Office tools.
