As an HR Business Partner at NCBA, you’ll play a critical role in aligning people initiatives with the bank’s business strategy. Working alongside senior leadership, you’ll design and implement workforce solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business goals.

Lead initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Serve as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven HR insights and expert coaching.

Ensure all HR practices align with NCBA’s core values and local labor regulations.
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

At least 8 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a management role.

A recognized HR certification such as CHRP or a Diploma in HRM.

In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and preferably the local banking industry.
