As an HR Business Partner at NCBA, you’ll play a critical role in aligning people initiatives with the bank’s business strategy. Working alongside senior leadership, you’ll design and implement workforce solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business goals.

  • Lead initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven HR insights and expert coaching.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

  • At least 8 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a management role.

  • A recognized HR certification such as CHRP or a Diploma in HRM.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and preferably the local banking industry.
