Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that hardware, CCTV systems, printers, and UPS systems are always up and running at HQ and branches.

Support operations of commissary systems, branch networks, and internet connectivity.

Assist end-users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on workstations and IT equipment.

Participate in new store projects and desktop hardware upgrades.

Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment.

Provide network support including installation and troubleshooting of network equipment.

Report on system, application, and network performance regularly.

Address all Helpdesk tickets within agreed SLA timelines.

Assist with cabling and other hardware support as required.
Qualifications Required:

B.Sc., BA, HND, or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or related IT field.

Certification in A+, N+, MCT, or MCITP is preferred.

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
