Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective F&B strategies that align with Accor’s global standards and brand vision.

Supervise daily food service operations, maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic F&B team dedicated to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize profitability across outlets.

Introduce creative dining concepts that enhance the hotel’s reputation and competitive position.

Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
Who You Are

A degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.

At least 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management within a 5-star international hotel.
