Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic F&B team dedicated to excellence and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize profitability across outlets.

  • Introduce creative dining concepts that enhance the hotel’s reputation and competitive position.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations.

Who You Are

  • A degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management within a 5-star international hotel.
