Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Assistant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Fashion Assistant will be responsible for assisting in daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and managing inventory. Tasks also include helping customers with their fashion choices, coordinating with sales team members, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties and supporting fashion events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory
• Sales skills with a background in fashion
• Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen eye for style
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Previous experience in retail or fashion is a plus
• A diploma in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
