As the Customer Experience Manager – Mobility, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing end-to-end customer onboarding for motorbike solutions across all retail outlets.

  • Monitoring key metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure top service delivery.

  • Leading process innovation, data-driven improvements, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Training and coaching retail staff to provide world-class customer service.

Who They’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • 7+ years’ experience in customer experience management, retail operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven success in mentoring and motivating teams.

  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
