Role Overview

The Country Business Development Manager will lead ITM Kenya’s business development operations, focusing on HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and workforce solutions. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, craft effective sales strategies, and position ITM Kenya as a trusted HR partner to organizations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with ITM’s regional objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

  • Build and manage a diverse client portfolio while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and strategic client solutions.

  • Provide timely market insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance reports.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles.

  • In-depth understanding of Kenya’s HR and labour compliance environment.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong financial acumen with an ability to analyze pricing models and revenue forecasts.

  • Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
