About the Role
The Commercial Analyst will play a vital role in strengthening TBI’s commercial operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end bid development process, analyzing project performance, and improving data-driven decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and review commercial proposals aligned with TBI’s strategic goals.

Conduct financial analysis and project costing for bids and ongoing programs.

Maintain bid templates, trackers, and content libraries for efficiency.

Support income forecasting, performance reporting, and data tracking.

Collaborate with teams to ensure lessons learned are applied to new proposals.

Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine commercial models.

Input and manage data in Salesforce and maintain accurate project information.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience in commercial, finance, or business development roles within consultancy, professional services, or international development.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
