Key Responsibilities

Qualifications You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in a client-facing or customer service role.

  • At least 1 year of team management experience.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experience in B2B environments, BPO, or e-commerce is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
