💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Britam’s BMI claims processes including data entry, vetting, approvals, and payments.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Design and implement innovative initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Develop feedback systems that capture and integrate client insights into process improvements.

Supervise claims processing workflows to maximize efficiency and manage case-handling operations.

Oversee recruitment and management of service providers and intermediaries.

Champion automation and digital transformation in claims processing.

Provide mentorship and leadership to the claims and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory standards and internal documentation requirements.

Prepare and present detailed claims reports during departmental and management meetings.
