About the Opportunity
As part of Deloitte’s expanding consulting portfolio in Africa, the firm is seeking specialists to contribute to donor-funded projects in areas such as:

The ideal consultants will bring extensive experience designing, implementing, and leading evidence-based solutions that create lasting impact.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.

Proven record of collaborating with international and local organizations on donor-funded initiatives.

Strong knowledge of sector-specific trends and evidence-based programming.

Experience with MERL integration, proposal development, and funding acquisition.

Familiarity with major donor compliance frameworks (e.g., USAID, DFID, EU, World Bank).
