The National Bank of Kenya is seeking a Manager, Brand & Events to drive brand strategy, enhance visibility, and foster stakeholder engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful branding initiatives across all touchpoints of the bank.

Role Overview:
As the Manager, Brand & Events, you will work closely with the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to develop, implement, and monitor brand strategies. You will ensure that the Bank’s brand image is consistent, highly visible, and positively perceived by both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Bank’s brand by developing and executing brand plans aligned with corporate values and guidelines.

  • Maintain the Bank’s brand image across branches, digital platforms, ATMs, and other customer touchpoints.

  • Train and appoint Brand Champions across outlets to promote consistent brand communication.

  • Evaluate stakeholder engagement and implement strategies to enhance brand advocacy.

  • Develop and manage brand collateral and ensure compliance with corporate and government standards.

  • Build partnerships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of brand materials.

  • Develop brand budgets and plans to boost brand perception and visibility.

  • Monitor internal brand culture and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Professional qualifications in CIM preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand Management.

  • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver results.

  • Composure under strategic and operational challenges.
