💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute kick-off briefs and communication projects in collaboration with the international brand communication team.

  • Coordinate local projects ensuring alignment with global brand goals, strategy, and positioning.

  • Manage the production of key marketing assets (visuals, creative materials, and campaigns) with local third-party partners.

  • Research and engage potential local communication partners, including agencies, media platforms, and influencers.

  • Plan and coordinate creative productions for outdoor and printed marketing materials such as OOH boards and mall screens.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of influencer campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor project budgets, submit proposals, and report on completed activities to the international HQ.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, social, and offline channels.


🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or Economics.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or advertising within the retail or fashion industry.

  • Proficient in social media management, content creation, integrated marketing, digital marketing, and event planning.

  • Strong understanding of communication principles and marketing trends.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
